I'm so lucky to have found him! He sold my home in 4 days, and was extremely helpful with completing contracts, disclosures and escrow paperwork. He his group were retained by me to sell my mother's home in Rancho Bernardo in late 2018. True to his word, David aggressively marketed the home on the internet and utilized his other marketing strategies and provided timely reports as to the status of our property. David also helped us correct some deficiencies in the home and recommended contractors to do that work at a reasonable price and then, supervised that work. He also staged the home and spent many hours at the property making sure it was as presentable and salable as possible. We met David 7 years ago when he found us an investment home. He did a great job because our native language is French and when we first met, he hired an interpreter to help explain the short sale home buying process in the USA. At that time we lived in New Caledonia and did the entire transaction electronically. After the sale, he coordinated a crew of contractors to come in and rehabilitate the property to rental standards. He then set us up with a property manager who helped us keep the property rented while it increased in value. We highly recommend him! We’d like to begin by saying, we received several offers within the first week following the Grand Open House! Our final sale was above and beyond what we expected! We were long distance sellers of a seasonal home we owned in Poway. When we decided to sell, we met David, and we were off! This was, by far, the best, easiest, most productive, pleasant selling experience we’ve ever had, and we speak from experience, having bought and sold several homes throughout the years.
